About

I have been involved in very active, physical activities, my entire life.  I played lacrosse through high school and college and became involved in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu after college.

I also go to the gym nearly every day to supplement my sports training.

Engaging in these activities has put me on the injured reserve list more than a few times and each time it was a struggle to:

  • 1st – find out the root source of the injury
  • 2nd – find the fastest, most effective way to heal as quickly as possible

all so I could get right back in the game!

Through the injuries I’ve put a lot of time into researching methods and trying out different tools to aid the healing process in addition to relieving muscle stress.  I feel pretty strongly about the tools I recommend because they’ve worked for me so try them out!
